About the role

We are looking for a confident, organised, and results-driven Junior Sales Development & Client Follow-Up Executive to support our sales activities and help generate new business.

The primary responsibility will be to contact potential clients from our existing database, introduce the company’s services, identify sales opportunities, and arrange meetings for the senior team. The successful candidate will also follow up with prospects who are already in discussion with management, ensuring that communication remains consistent and that every opportunity is properly tracked.

This role is suitable for someone comfortable making outbound calls, communicating professionally via email and WhatsApp, and meeting clear sales and follow-up targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential clients from the company’s existing database.
• Introduce the company, explain its services, and identify potential client needs.
• Qualify leads based on interest, requirements, budget, and decision-making timeline.
• Book meetings, consultations, or follow-up calls for the senior sales team.
• Follow up with prospects who are already in discussion with management.
• Maintain regular communication with interested clients until a clear next step is agreed.
• Follow up on quotations, proposals, meetings, documents, and pending decisions.
• Send professional follow-up emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Update lead information, call notes, client responses, and next steps in the company’s CRM or tracking sheet.
• Ensure no active lead or client inquiry is left without a timely follow-up.
• Re-engage older or inactive leads in the company database.
• Coordinate with the senior team regarding qualified leads and active opportunities.
• Escalate important client questions, objections, or concerns to the appropriate team member.
• Prepare daily or weekly reports covering calls made, leads contacted, meetings booked, and follow-ups completed.
• Work toward agreed activity, appointment, and sales targets.
• Candidate requirements
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Comfortable making a high number of outbound calls each day.
• Good sales, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
• Ability to communicate professionally through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, email, calendars, and CRM systems.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client conversations.
• Positive, persistent, and target-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn the company’s services and sales process.
• Previous experience in telesales, business development, customer service, lead generation, or sales support is preferred.UAE experience is an advantage but not essential.

Malayalam or additional language skills are an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

Monthly salary of AED 2,500–3,500, depending on experience and demonstrated communication ability.

Performance-based sales commission or monthly incentives.

Salary review based on performance.
