About the Role

We are urgently looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing real estate team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients from company-provided databases, qualifying leads, and generating appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using company-provided leads and databases.
• Qualify prospective clients and identify genuine buying or selling interest.
• Generate qualified leads and book appointments for the sales team.
• Build strong relationships with potential clients through professional communication.
• Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls and lead generation.
• Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate telesales.
• English proficiency at C1 level or above (spoken and written).
• Fluency in Hindi is required.
• Can join immediately
• Experience working with or calling clients in the US market is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
