Role Description The Collections/Accounts Receivable Representative is a full-time, on-site role. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, contacting clients regarding outstanding balances, and arranging payment plans when necessary. Daily tasks include posting payments, reconciling customer accounts, generating and reviewing invoices, and resolving billing discrepancies in a timely manner.

The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, documenting collection activities and maintaining accurate records to support cash flow and financial reporting.

Qualifications

" Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients over the phone and email.

" Experience with the collections processes, including follow-up on past-due accounts.

" Knowledge of basic accounting principles and familiarity with accounts receivable workflows.

" Ability to manage invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation with attention to detail.

" Proficiency with office and accounting software and solid data entry skills.

" Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.

" Prior experience in collections, accounts receivable, or a related financial role preferred.

" High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in accounting or finance is a plus.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
