Brand Manager – Luxury Hospitality

About the Opportunity

A prestigious luxury hospitality organization is seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join its growing team.

Reporting to senior leadership, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that strengthen market positioning, enhance customer engagement, and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated brand strategies across multiple luxury hospitality p.
• Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, including digital, social media, advertising, PR, partnerships, and on-property experiences.
• Collaborate with restaurant operations, sales, digital marketing, revenue management, and external agencies to deliver impactful campaigns.
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure all communications reflect premium brand standards.
• Oversee content development, photography, video, and creative assets to support brand storytelling.
• Support new property openings, brand activations, partnerships, and promotional events.

About You

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.5+ years of brand experience, preferably within luxury hospitality, hotels, travel, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, social media, and brand communications.

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Experience working with creative agencies and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Experience

Experience with luxury restaurants, or lifestyle brands.

Knowledge of CRM, loyalty programs, and guest engagement strategies.

Experience managing multi-property or regional brand portfolios.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools.
