About The Role

Shangri-La Dubai is seeking a creative, driven, and detail-oriented Marketing Executive to support the execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives that strengthen the hotel's brand presence and drive business across rooms, restaurants, events, spa, and lifestyle experiences.

In this role, you will be involved in content creation, social media management, public relations, digital marketing, campaign execution, and brand activations. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help bring the Shangri-La brand to life through engaging storytelling, innovative campaigns, and meaningful guest engagement across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for social media, digital platforms, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage the hotel's social media channels, including content planning, community management, and performance monitoring.
• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, brand activations, and events.
• Coordinate marketing collateral, website updates, digital assets, and brand communications, ensuring consistency with Shangri-La brand standards.
• Assist with public relations initiatives by liaising with media, influencers, agencies, and strategic partners to maximise brand exposure.
• Support photoshoots, video productions, influencer visits, and content creation initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, presentations, and marketing insights to support business decisions.
• Work closely with internal departments to identify promotional opportunities and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging digital platforms, and competitor activities to recommend innovative marketing ideas.

About You

A passion for marketing, hospitality, branding, and digital communications. Previous experience in marketing, social media, content creation, public relations, or a related field, preferably within hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands. Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills with an eye for detail and creativity.

Knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing, and content management systems. Experience with design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, along with photo or video editing skills, is an advantage. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to collaborate across departments and with external stakeholders. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
