Office/Accounts Receivable Specialist

Cosmopolitan Linen Rental is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office/AR Specialist to support accounts receivable functions and daily office operations. This role is responsible for invoicing, collections, customer account maintenance, administrative support, and providing exceptional customer service. Various duties include

• Process invoices and customer payments.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections.
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Audit invoices and account records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Answer phones and provide administrative support.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
• Assist with general office operations and reporting.
• Collaborate with team members to support departmental and company objectives.

Required Characteristics / Personality Traits

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of office administration experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of Accounts Receivable and/or collections experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, professional attitude with strong follow-through and accountability.
