A highly regarded, growing litigation boutique in Los Angeles is seeking a highly credentialed Litigation Paralegal to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced professional looking to step into a role that combines sophisticated litigation support with meaningful involvement in office operations and firm growth.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who wants to do more than traditional paralegal work—someone interested in expanding into a leadership-oriented role with the potential to help build, manage, and mentor as the firm continues to scale.

The role will be approximately

• 50% Litigation Paralegal Work
• 50% Office Management and Operational Support

Key Responsibilities

Litigation

• Prepare and manage state and federal court filings, with a strong emphasis on federal courts
• Draft first versions of basic pleadings, motions, and correspondence
• Prepare tables, exhibits, and supporting materials
• Conduct factual research and limited legal research as needed

Office Operations & Firm Growth

• Assist partners with marketing and business development efforts, including pitch materials
• Assist with various administrative and operational tasks
• Interface with the firm's IT providers and other vendors
• Play a role in mentoring junior staff as the firm grows
• Contribute to building a scalable, high-functioning office environment

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an experienced litigation paralegal with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Experience with state and federal court filings, particularly federal court practice, is highly valued.
