The Hilton Seattle Airport Hotel & Conference Center, proudly owned and managed by Paramount Hotels, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Human Resources team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional to serve as a trusted advisor to hotel leadership, support a diverse workforce, and partner collaboratively with UNITE HERE Local 8 to foster a positive, compliant, and engaged workplace culture.

This role serves as an essential connection between hotel departments, the union and ultimately our guests, helping to ensure a seamless experience and exceptional guest satisfaction.

As an HR Business Partner, you'll collaborate closely with department leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, navigate labor relations, support operational excellence, and ensure consistent application of the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
