Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. This role is ideal for someone looking for meaningful, rewarding work supporting a nonprofit organization that provides temporary housing for individuals undergoing short‑term medical treatment.

As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will help create a warm, welcoming environment while ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Duties

• Greet and assist guests, visitors, and clients with professionalism and care
• Manage reservation calls and guest inquiries using phone systems and software
• Check guests in and out and support daily housing operations
• Maintain organized records, files, and administrative documentation
• Complete data entry, correspondence, and general office tasks
• Keep the front desk area clean, tidy, and guest‑ready at all times

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
