As a Property Consultant, you will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Advise clients on property investments and market trends
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Negotiate deals between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
• Maintain accurate records using CRM systems
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIsStay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and developer projects

Requirements

• Previous sales or real estate experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Presentable and professional
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• UAE driving license is an advantage
