Duties

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with smooth check-in and check-out processes using property management systems PEP.
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
• Manage reservations efficiently through hospitality reservation systems, ensuring accuracy and special requests are accommodated.
• Provide outstanding guest services by resolving issues promptly, addressing guest concerns with problem-solving skills, and maintaining positive client communication.
• Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy.
• Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Maintain professional phone etiquette and uphold high standards of hospitality and guest relations throughout all interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Familiarity with property management systems PEP.
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance guest communication.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and front desk operations.
• Excellent phone communication skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
• Previous resort experience or hotel experience is preferred to handle diverse guest needs effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
