Front Desk Agent - $14.75 to $18.75 per HOUR

We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to fill AM and PM shift positions as front desk associates. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the guest experience, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed and well cared for from the moment they arrive to their checkout.

The position involves greeting guests courteously and efficiently, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservation inquiries via phone and fax, and providing concierge services including local information about dining, shopping, and entertainment options.

You will be responsible for accurately posting charges and payments to guest folios, addressing guest issues promptly, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to fulfill special requests and maintain high standards throughout the hotel.

This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a helpful attitude to create positive guest impressions. Shift flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing business needs are essential.
