**The Supervisory Paralegal position is a great opportunity for paralegals looking to develop their management skills in support of high visibility cases for the Department of Justice.
You will gain invaluable litigation experience as a case may go through all or some of the phases of the EDRM spectrum, from intake/acquisition of documents and data through trial support, cases and investigations.CACI is also committed to growing our eDiscovery workforce and has included tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications, the ACEDS certification and Paralegal Certificates!

** Requires paralegal certificate, or JD, or currently attending an ABA-accredited law school, having completed at least one year of study, an equivalent level of legal training or experience or an equivalent level of education may be substituted.* Additionally, 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience or project experience (as related to the task order) including trial experience is required.* At least one year of experience in automated litigation support.* Must have supervisory experience, including proven capabilities and communication skills to successfully interact with clients and attorneys.* Requires sound working knowledge of federal and state court system, legal research procedures, and legal research resources.* Requires excellent written and oral communication skills and thorough knowledge of legal research tools such as LEXIS and Westlaw.* Must have hands-on familiarity with a variety of computer applications, including word processing, databases (such as document review and file management systems), spreadsheets, and imaging.* Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources preferred.* Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important* DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US citizenship required)-**What You Can Expect:****A culture of integrity.**At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
