Assistant Teacher Infants and Toddlers

Job Summary

Assistant Teachers play a vital role in nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. We are seeking a dedicated individual with experience in early childhood education, working with diverse children in a bilingual environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in the development and implementation of age-appropriate curriculum to promote the intellectual, social, and emotional growth of infants and toddlers
• Provide a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children's creativity and exploration
• Support lead teacher in assessing to monitor each child's progress
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative educational community

Qualifications

• CDA in Infants and Toddlers
• Previous experience working with young children
• Knowledge of curriculum implementation and developmentally-appropriate strategies for young learners
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Required

The candidate must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work indoors and outdoors with the children

Pay: From $23.43 per hour
