Position Overview

Wheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a highly organized and people-focused Human Resources Coordinator for an onsite opportunity in Plano, TX. This role will support Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Compensation, and other HR functions while serving as a key point of contact for employees and new hires.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, comfortable presenting to groups, and able to balance employee-facing responsibilities with high-volume administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across Talent Acquisition, HR, and Compensation.
• Facilitate New Hire Orientation and create a welcoming onboarding experience.
• Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and confidential HR files.
• Perform high-volume data entry and routine HRIS audits.
• Assist with HR reporting, document management, and special projects.
• Coordinate interviews, meetings, orientations, and other HR activities.
• Support the transition from CoAdvantage to Paylocity.
• Communicate and collaborate with HR team members and internal departments.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR administrative processes and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Previous HR Coordinator, HR Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Project Coordinator, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or similar experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, administrative, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
• Comfortable presenting and speaking in front of groups.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Must be available to work onsite full-time in Plano.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Human Resources or employee onboarding experience.
• HRIS experience, including Paylocity, CoAdvantage, or similar platforms.
• Experience performing HRIS audits or data validation.
• New Hire Orientation or employee presentation experience.
