Bilingual Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Litigation / Litigation Paralegal to join our nationally recognized Personal Injury / Plaintiff’s law firm in North Dallas. In this role, you will provide essential support across a broad spectrum of litigation matters, ensuring smooth case progression from inception through resolution.

This full-time, on-site position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful legal work. Candidate must be bilingual, have a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience that includes assisting with monitor intakes, client care and / or resources to assist throughout the case process, scheduling, calendaring and preparing and responding to discovery, drafting simple pleadings.

Candidates must also exhibit excellent communications skills, both written and oral, and the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.

• Bilingual English / Spanish is required.
• Personal Injury law firm experience is preferred.
• Assist with property damage claims on an as needed basis.
• Request medical records and bills
• Ensure that settlement documents are provided to our office.
• Negotiate outstanding balances with medical providers and lien holders.
• Oversee disbursement of settlement funds
• Billing insurance companies to MedPay and PIP claims.
• Acquiring up to date liens and/or subrogation amounts.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
