Minimum Qualifications (Required)

Property Manager

• Minimum 2 years of Property Manager experience in the multifamily industry

Assistant Property Manager

• Minimum 1 year of Assistant Property Manager experience in multifamily

Leasing Consultant

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, marketing, or customer service required

All Roles

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional and team-oriented
• High school diploma required (additional education preferred)
• Valid driver’s license

Property Manager Responsibilities

• Oversee daily property operations including leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and resident relations
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive occupancy
• Analyze market trends and maintain competitive pricing
• Hire, train, and lead on-site teams
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and reporting
• Ensure completion of work orders, make-readies, and property standards
• Handle resident concerns and maintain a positive community environment

Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities

• Manage rent collection and ensure accurate financial posting
• Process applications and verify qualifications
• Assist with lease enforcement, renewals, and compliance
• Support budgeting, reporting, and invoice processing
• Resolve resident concerns and support daily operations
• Assist with leasing, tours, and occupancy goals

Leasing Consultant Responsibilities

• Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move-in
• Conduct tours and promote apartment homes to prospective residents
• Respond to calls, emails, and walk-ins
• Execute marketing and outreach efforts
• Prepare lease documents and maintain accurate records
• Provide excellent customer service to prospects and residents
