Your Key Responsibilities

• Process applications, verify income, and ensure compliance with LIHTC guidelines
• Conduct property tours and respond to rental inquiries
• Prepare lease agreements and coordinate move-ins
• Log maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain office, vacant units, and amenities to leasing standards
• Stay competitive by completing market surveys

Qualifications

• Experience in LIHTC leasing is required
• Familiarity with property management software (OneSite, Yardi, Entrata preferred)
• Fair Housing Certification (Training provided if needed)
• Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation required
