Corporate Paralegal, Employment

Support the Labor and Employment team on day-to-day legal matters, including employment disputes, claims, investigations, workforce actions, policy-related matters, and other employee issues, including: Assisting with drafting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining employment-related documents, correspondence, legal filings, agency responses, and internal guidance materials.

Managing legal trackers, case files, matter status updates, billing records, and other reporting tools to help ensure accurate and timely handling of employment matters. Partnering with Legal, HR, and other internal stakeholders to gather facts, maintain documentation, and support consistent, practical legal processes and workflows.

Helping develop and maintain playbooks, templates, and process documentation that support scalable and effective labor and employment practices across the business. Coordinating with outside counsel, internal business partners, and other members of the Legal Department as needed to support efficient management of labor and employment matters.
