Part-Time Accounts Receivable Contractor

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Contractor to support our finance team for a duration of 12 weeks. This is a part-time contract opportunity ideal for an experienced AR professional who enjoys working independently, communicating with customers, and keeping collections running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Manage full cycle accounts receivable by following up on outstanding invoices and past-due accounts primarily via email outreach
• Analyze and resolve invoicing discrepancies and payment issues
• Document and deposit payments
• Maintain meticulous AR records and support cash flow processes
• Update and maintain organized records within Excel
• Work within NetSuite to manage AR activities and account information

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant Accounts Receivable experience
• Experience handling collections and customer follow-up via email
• Intermediate Excel skills, including spreadsheet maintenance, data cleanup, and lookups
• Bonus points if you have experience using NetSuite
• Strong written communication skills

Work Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid with 2-3 days in office)

Pay Range

$20-$30/hour

Schedule: 20-30 hours per week for 12 weeks

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
