Apartment Leasing Agent

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our real estate brokerage as part of a leasing team representing a portfolio of 850 apartments. The ideal candidate will work well independently and possess strong customer service and sales skills.

This is a part-time independent contractor position requiring 2 days of work per week (Friday and Saturday) and compensation is commission based, but expected to be $35 - $40k annually. This is a great way to use your real estate license part-time!

Responsibilities

• Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants.
• Handle inquiries from potential tenants via phone, text, email, or in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist the leasing process from application to move-in, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of local rental markets, including trends and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with a team of brokers in representing landlord client.
• Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet prospective tenant expectations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in residential sales or leasing preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and sales skills.
• Current CO Real Estate Broker license required.
• Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good knowledge of local area.
• Strong administrative experience including data entry, filing, and office management tasks.
• Access to a reliable car.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
