Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience
• Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms, including modifications and cancellations
• Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest satisfaction
• Address guest concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing customer service problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently
• Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents
• Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports for operational accuracy

Experience

• Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred, especially within hotel or resort environments
• Familiarity with hotel management systems like StayPMS or comparable property management systems (PMS) is highly desirable
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong plus, facilitating communication with diverse guests
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and client communication
• Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and night audit processes is advantageous
• Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling high-volume phone communication confidently
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional guest services in fast-paced settings such as resorts or hotels with extensive guest interaction
