HR Administrator / Recruiting Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented HR Administrator/Recruiting Coordinator to own our end-to-end recruitment and operations. This is a centralized, high-growth role for a professional ready to evolve into HR leadership. You will manage candidate pipelines for a portfolio of fast-growing QSR and service brands, handle payroll/onboarding, and support our executive team in scaling operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Manage the full candidate lifecycle, from posting jobs to conducting rapid (24–48hr) virtual screenings and escalating top talent.
• Onboarding & Compliance: Execute digital onboarding, I-9/E-Verify checks, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Payroll & Data: Lead payroll data entry and audits in Alliance HCM; maintain precise employee records and compliance tracking in Google Drive/Sheets.
• Operations Support: Manage office environment, facilitate conference prep, handle banking/shipping logistics, and visit store locations as needed.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in HR, recruiting, retail, or hospitality operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs).
• Comfortable managing high-volume, time-sensitive workflows.
• Strong organizational skills; experience with payroll systems (Alliance HCM, ADP, etc.) is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to area locations.

Compensation & Perks

• Pay: $22.50/hour ($46,800 annual salary).
• Schedule: M–F, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional weekend availability).
