HR Coordinator - Entry Level

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.
• Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS system and prepare monthly payroll reports.
• Coordinate HR-related events, such as wellness workshops, team building activities, and annual retreats.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and payroll.
• Support compliance efforts by keeping documentation up to date with state and federal regulations.
• Conduct research on industry trends to provide recommendations for improving employee engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (equivalent experience considered).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software (e.g., Bamboo
• HR, Workday).
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Knowledge of North Carolina labor laws is a plus.
