Front Desk Agent - AM/PM Shift (Full time/Part time)

The Crowne Plaza Columbus North - Worthington, one of the largest full service premium luxury properties in the Columbus area, is seeking dedicated, customer service oriented hospitality professionals for first shift (7AM-3PM) and second shift (3PM-11PM).

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check-in/out guests with professionalism and warmth
• Handle guest requests, questions, and concerns efficiently and courteously
• Process payments accurately and manage room assignments
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment
• Follow all brand and property standards for guest service and safety

Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Familiarity with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar) a plus (Opera preferred)
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
