Full-Time Front Desk Associate

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott, located on Olentangy River Road near the Ohio State campus is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Associate. This person would provide the highest quality customer service to our guests at all times.

Responsibilities include the checking in and checking out of hotel guests, taking reservations, cash handling, responding to guest and staff requests, answering phones and working with the rest of the hotel team to provide the highest caliber of service to all visitors and guests. Previous hotel experience is preferred but not required.

The current shifts are mainly 3p-11p shifts and also some shorter shifts within those blocks of time. We also may have a few morning (7a-3p) shifts as well. We are looking for someone to work approximately 40 hours per week but can also use someone who might only want 24-32 Hours Per Week. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as well as weekdays.

The successful applicant would be of age (21 or older) to drive our 11 passenger shuttle/van and should be comfortable driving the van. Great for College Students! Please enclose a resume with your inquiry. Please include a current phone number and Non-Indeed E-Mail address as well.
