Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Legal Assistant/Paralegal at The Blackwell Law Firm. The position is on-site and located in Pittsburgh, PA. The role involves daily tasks such as preparing legal documents, reviewing documents, filing, and maintaining communication with clients and attorneys.

The Legal Assistant Paralegal will assist in case management, file organization, and ensure the efficient operation of the legal office.

Qualifications

• Exceptional written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and clarity
• Exceptional verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong understanding of Law and legal principles (or willingness to learn)
• Skilled in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review (or willingness to learn)
• Proficient in communication and client interaction
• Proficient in Microsoft Word
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Previous experience in a legal setting is preferred
