Position Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Processor to join their client's team. This position is based in Phoenix, AZ, conveniently located close to the airport. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills and the ability to manage high-volume work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• The position is very processing-focused and involves a lot of data entry. It requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to think through each transaction carefully.
• Perform accounts payable processing, with an emphasis on accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume setting.
• Apply a strong understanding of AP processes, including three-way match and invoice workflow.
• Utilize proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Exhibit keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Maintain excellent communication and provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage priorities effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of accounts payable analysis or related accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of AP processes and invoice workflow.
• Proficiency in Excel; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
• Keen attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Required Work Hours

The position requires working onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive pay range from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

The role is 100% in office, located in Phoenix, AZ, close to the airport. The environment is fast-paced and requires an individual who is capable of managing a high volume of work with precision.
