At West Egg, we are driven by operational excellence and continuous growth. We are seeking an organized, proactive Paralegal / Legal Assistant to join our team in Phoenix. This role sits at the heart of our operations, supporting our business, legal, and regulatory activities with a strong emphasis on contract lifecycle management and compliance.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will take ownership of our contract workflows, manage state and federal corporate filings, and help ensure regulatory compliance across the organization.

• Contract Management: Draft, review, track, and manage a wide variety of commercial agreements (vendor, service, and healthcare-related contracts) from intake to execution and renewal.
• Execution & Recordkeeping: Manage signature workflows and maintain clean, audit-ready electronic document systems.
• Compliance & Filings: Assist with state/federal corporate filings and maintain accurate tracking for entity licenses, certifications, and regulatory renewals.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with cross-functional internal teams to ensure contract terms align with business goals and operational needs.
• Research & Legal Support: Conduct targeted legal and regulatory research—particularly around healthcare/pharmacy operations—and provide administrative legal support.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of Legal Support / Paralegal experience with a heavy, proven focus on end-to-end contract management.
• Industry Experience: Direct experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a highly regulated industry is strongly preferred.
• Education & Credentials: Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred. A Paralegal Certificate (ABA-approved preferred) is a major plus.
• Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and digital contract/document management software.
• Key Traits: High accountability, exceptional organizational skills, discretion with sensitive data, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
