Civil Litigation Paralegal

Experienced Paralegal for a solo AV-rated civil litigation attorney in central Phoenix.

This position requires experience in all aspects of civil litigation.

Responsibilities include intake of new matters and follow-up; coordinating heavy scheduling and calendaring for attorney meetings, court deadlines, depositions, and other events; assisting with discovery by reviewing, summarizing, and drafting documents; electronic document production and organization; organizing records, correspondence, and case files into a manageable format; preparing files and binders for hearings, depositions, meetings, and trial; timekeeping and billing; court filings; and assisting with transcribing dictation.

Qualified candidates must have a solid understanding of civil litigation, including state and federal court deadlines and rules, as well as knowledge of both federal and state court procedures and filing requirements, including e-filing.

Candidates should possess exceptional grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills, a fundamental knowledge of legal terminology, court rules, and procedures, and be highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

This is an in-person position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
