Location: Phoenix, AZ Position: Full-Time Practice Area: Civil Litigation

Jennings Haug Keleher McLeod Waterfall LLP, a respected multi-jurisdictional law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience supporting attorneys in civil litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with case management, discovery, and trial preparation
• Draft, proofread, and organize pleadings, disclosures, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Manage document production, including reviewing, summarizing, and indexing records
• Coordinate depositions, hearings, and calendaring deadlines
• Maintain case files and ensure compliance with court rules
• Communicate with clients, experts, and vendors professionally and efficiently

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures
• Excellent writing, organizational, and time‑management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines
• Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office
• Paralegal certificate preferred
