Our client is a government entity established in 2023 to oversee, manage, and coordinate Abu Dhabi's government capital projects and infrastructure programmed. It is responsible for planning, procurement, governance, and delivery of major projects across sectors such as housing, transportation, education, healthcare, tourism etc.

Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition and Employee Affairs Section Head is responsible for leading recruitment and employee affairs activities to support effective workforce planning, hiring, and employee relations. The role ensures strong alignment with Abu Dhabi government requirements, labor regulations, and organizational policies. The position sits within the Human Resources Division, Finance and Corporate Affairs Sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, coordination, and hiring support.
• Oversee employee affairs and support effective handling of employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi labor laws, HR policies, and government requirements.
• Manage and support strong employee relations with Abu Dhabi government stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective recruitment delivery.
• Provide leadership and guidance to HR activities within the section.
• Support workforce-related processes and ensure alignment with organizational needs.
• Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and service quality in all HR matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6 years of experience, or Diploma with 7 years of experience.
• DGE experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership experience in talent acquisition and employee affairs.
• Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi labor laws and government HR practices.
• Experience in government-related employee relations is preferred.
