Robert Walters is recruiting a Marketing Director on behalf of a leading real estate developer. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this senior leadership role will lead the transformation of the entire marketing function across corporate brand, off-plan launches, digital, CRM, PR, broker marketing and commercial strategy. Developer-side UAE real estate experience is essential.

Location: Sharjah, UAE (with regular travel to Dubai)

Robert Walters is partnering with a leading master real estate developer to appoint an experienced Marketing Director. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a well-established developer during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will lead the strategic transformation of the marketing function, developing a high-performing team while driving marketing initiatives that support business growth, sales performance and brand positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy across the organisation.
• Lead the corporate brand strategy and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Plan and deliver successful off-plan residential project launches.
• Oversee digital marketing, performance marketing and lead generation activities.
• Drive CRM strategy, customer lifecycle marketing and retention initiatives.
• Manage public relations, corporate communications and media engagement.
• Lead broker and channel marketing programmes to support sales performance.
• Plan and oversee events, exhibitions and launch activations.
• Manage external creative, digital, media and PR agencies.
• Build, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasting and ROI reporting.
• Deliver market intelligence, competitor analysis and customer insights to support commercial decision-making.
• Partner closely with Sales, Commercial and Executive Leadership to align marketing strategy with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• 12–15+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Significant UAE developer-side real estate marketing experience is essential.
• Proven experience launching off-plan residential communities, ideally master-planned, waterfront or mixed-use developments.
• Experience building, transforming or restructuring a marketing function.
• Strong leadership, commercial and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent understanding of integrated marketing, digital marketing, CRM and brand strategy.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Arabic would be a strong advantage.
• Ability to work across Sharjah and Dubai.
• Candidates currently employed within the UAE are preferred.
