Head of Growth & Strategic Marketing

The Role

We are looking for a highly experienced, dynamic, and tech-savvy Head of Growth & Strategic Marketing. This is a senior-level, purely strategic role focused on scaling the business. You will work directly alongside the CEO in high-stakes meetings, lead B2B business development, and completely revolutionize our digital presence using the latest AI and social media platforms.

You will not be handling daily operations, but rather focusing exclusively on where the company is heading next and how to get there faster.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Business Development: Actively generate new, high-value B2B opportunities. Bring fresh, innovative business growth ideas to the table and implement strategies to capture a larger market share in the interior and fit-out industry.

CEO Co-Representation & Networking

Accompany the CEO to high-level client meetings, corporate networking events, and negotiations. Confidently represent the company’s vision with exceptional communication and persuasive skills.

Advanced Digital Marketing & AI Integration

Lead our entire social media and branding strategy. Utilize advanced technologies, including AI video generation and AI marketing platforms, to create high-impact, futuristic marketing campaigns.

Corporate Branding: Elevate the company's brand identity. Ensure Nine Cloud Interiors is positioned as a top-tier luxury and commercial fit-out leader across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and corporate networks.

Market Innovation: Continuously monitor market trends, competitor strategies, and technological advancements to keep the company one step ahead in sales and branding.

The Ideal Candidate

• Female
• Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, with significant experience in the UAE market, bringing strong industry knowledge, business maturity, and strategic vision.

Presence: Highly presentable, sophisticated, and possesses exceptional corporate grooming and etiquette. Must have a commanding yet approachable boardroom presence.

Skills

Extraordinary communication and networking skills. Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles and corporate relationship building.

Tech-Savvy: Must have a strong interest and active knowledge in modern digital marketing trends, specifically AI tools, content creation, and advanced social media algorithms.

Requirements

A valid UAE Driving License is required for frequent client and corporate meetings.

Experience: Proven track record in a senior business development, marketing, or growth role in UAE
