International Sales Manager – Refurbished IT

We are a UAE-based company located in SAIF Zone, Sharjah, specializing in the sourcing, refurbishment, and global export of high-quality refurbished laptops and IT hardware. Our customers include wholesalers, distributors, retailers, and corporate buyers across Europe, the USA, and Asia.

As we continue to expand our international footprint, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic International Sales Manager with proven experience in the refurbished IT hardware industry specifically for business grade refurbished laptop sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B international sales, an established network of buyers, and a successful track record of driving sales growth in the USA, Europe, and Asian markets.

This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, negotiating commercial agreements, and achieving international sales targets.

• Key Responsibilities*

Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand business across Europe, the USA, and Asia.

Identify and acquire new distributors, wholesalers, resellers, retailers, and corporate customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and commercial agreements.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable refurbished laptop solutions.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and business presentations.

Monitor international market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Represent the company during international trade exhibitions and customer meetings when required.

Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates.

• Required Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.

Minimum 4–5 years of experience in international B2B sales within the refurbished laptop, refurbished IT hardware, or computer hardware industry.

Proven track record of successfully selling refurbished laptops in international markets.

Existing relationships with buyers, distributors, wholesalers, or retailers in Europe, the USA, and Asia will be a strong advantage.

Excellent understanding of international trade practices, export documentation, and global shipping processes.

Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience selling products from leading brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, or similar enterprise hardware will be preferred.
