Female Arabic Speaking Receptionist

Julphar Implant & Cosmetic Dental Center is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Arabic Speaking Receptionist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and patient follow-ups.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and emails promptly.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle patient billing, payments, and receipts.
• Explain clinic procedures and assist patients with general inquiries.
• Support front desk administrative tasks and maintain organized records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written).
• Knowledge of additional languages is a strong advantage.
• Previous experience in a dental clinic, medical center, hospital, or healthcare facility is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:

• Experience handling medical insurance verification and insurance claims.
• Familiarity with healthcare or dental clinic management software.
• Experience with patient coordination and appointment management.
• Knowledge of UAE insurance procedures and billing processes.
