Receptionist / Patient Coordinator (UAE National – Female)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Receptionist & CRM Coordinator to join our medical center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, patient communications, appointment coordination, and CRM activities to enhance patient satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and online patient requests.
• Register new patients and maintain accurate patient records.
• Manage and update the CRM system with patient interactions and follow-up activities.
• Conduct patient follow-up calls to improve satisfaction and encourage retention.
• Convert inquiries into appointments and support clinic sales objectives.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and patient engagement initiatives through the CRM system.
• Monitor patient feedback and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Prepare CRM and reception performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with patient confidentiality and clinic policies.

Requirements

• Nationality Requirement: UAE National (Emirati) – Female
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, customer service, CRM, or healthcare administration.
• Previous experience in a Dental Clinic, Aesthetic Clinic, Dermatology Clinic, or Medical Center is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/clinic management systems.
• Strong customer service, sales, and patient conversion skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
