Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients at the front desk
• Handle phone calls and appointment scheduling
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and insurance teams
• Maintain patient records and support administrative tasks
• Ensure a smooth and friendly patient experience

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in a healthcare or reception role is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, EMR systems)
• Friendly, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure
