Manager School Operation

GEMS Winchester Private School Fujairah is seeking an experienced Manager School Operations to oversee all non-academic functions and ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of the school. The role includes managing administration, facilities, health & safety, and service providers, while supporting the Principal in delivering operational excellence.

You will lead support teams, manage budgets and contracts, ensure regulatory compliance, and contribute to the school’s strategic and operational goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Facilities Management, or related field
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a senior operations role (education or service sector preferred)
• Strong understanding of facilities management and school operations
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience managing budgets, teams, and external contractors
