Executive Assistant – Remote

About the role

PulseMediaNL is looking for a highly organized Executive Assistant to support its leadership team remotely. You will play a pivotal role in keeping executive operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced, fully virtual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
• Handle email correspondence, schedule meetings and act as a communication liaison for leadership.
• Prepare reports, presentations, agendas and other business documents.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental meetings, follow‑ups and executive priorities.
• Track deadlines, action items and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records, confidential files and support process improvements.
• Required profile2–4 years of experience in executive support or similar administrative roles.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
