Senior Process Engineer – Veterinary Vaccines

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Process Engineer with expertise in veterinary vaccine manufacturing to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in vaccine production processes, process optimization, technology transfer, and GMP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process engineering activities for veterinary vaccine manufacturing.
• Develop, optimize, and validate manufacturing processes.
• Support facility design, equipment selection, commissioning, and qualification.
• Prepare and review SOPs, process validation protocols, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, and international regulatory standards.
• Support technology transfer, troubleshooting, and continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with Production, QA, QC, Validation, and Engineering teams.
• Participate in audits and regulatory inspections.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–15+ years of experience in vaccine or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in veterinary vaccine manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of upstream and downstream processing, aseptic manufacturing, and process validation.
• Experience with technology transfer, GMP, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
