Position: Maintenance Worker

Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing the mechanical and electrical systems of heavy equipment to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Inspect heavy equipment to identify mechanical and electrical faults.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems.
• Replace defective or worn mechanical and electrical components.
• Test equipment after maintenance to ensure proper operation.
• Report major faults and maintenance requirements to the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete work orders.
• Follow all company health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures.
• Keep tools and the workshop clean and organized.
• Ensure maintenance work is completed safely and on time.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or Technical/Vocational certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in heavy equipment maintenance.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems of heavy equipment.
• Ability to diagnose and repair equipment faults.
• Ability to use maintenance tools and equipment safely.
• Basic understanding of maintenance manuals and technical instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Commitment to safety procedures and company policies.
