Senior Client Success Manager

Job Summary

TuniSip Web Technologies is seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Client Success Manager to build strong client relationships, improve customer retention, and maximize long-term account growth.

In this leadership role, you will oversee key client accounts, ensure exceptional service delivery, and collaborate with internal teams to create outstanding customer experiences. What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic accounts
• Lead onboarding, account management, and customer success initiatives
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Monitor customer satisfaction, retention, and engagement metrics
• Resolve escalated client concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to improve service delivery
• Develop account strategies to maximize long-term client value
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business reviews for clients and leadership
• Drive customer loyalty and improve the overall client experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Success, or Relationship Management
• Proven experience managing high-value accounts or enterprise clients
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities
• Experience in SaaS, digital marketing, IT services, or web solutions is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
