Senior Customer Success Executive

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Senior Customer Success Executive to join our dynamic team at A2Z Media. In this role, you will play a key part in managing client relationships, executing digital marketing strategies, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering results aligned with their objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing tasks and deliverables for client accounts.
• Ensure best practices and strategies are followed for each client.
• Support clients in addressing their needs and provide relevant recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure effective execution and optimal outcomes for clients.
• Help set deadlines and ensure they are met.
• Proactively assist in preparing the next steps and strategies for clients.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment
• Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, digital marketing, and client relationship management
• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, customer success, or campaign management
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• English & Arabic: Excellent
• Experience working with clients in Automotive, Governmental, or F&B sectors is considered a plus
• GCC Market experience
