Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, executing social media campaigns, increasing audience engagement, and supporting lead generation efforts through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars in coordination with the marketing team.
• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign messaging.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and videographers to produce high-quality visual content.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep content fresh and relevant.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
• Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
• Support paid social media campaigns by coordinating with the digital marketing team.
• Collaborate with internal departments to promote company events, services, and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.

Basic knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools is an advantage.

Familiarity with social media advertising and campaign optimization.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative mindset with an eye for trends and engaging content.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Corporate Services, Business Setup, Professional Services, or B2B industry is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Experience working with influencers and brand collaborations.
