Office Experience Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and personable Office Experience Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its Singapore office.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and takes pride in delivering a professional workplace experience.

As a key point of contact within the office, you will work closely with employees, senior stakeholders and external partners to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.

The Job

• Serve as the primary point of contact for office administration and workplace-related matters.
• Foster a professional, welcoming and well-organised office environment for employees, visitors and business partners.
• Coordinate day-to-day office operations and administrative support to ensure business continuity.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, building management and external vendors.
• Oversee office facilities, meeting spaces, supplies and general workplace services.
• Coordinate office logistics, company events, meetings and visitor arrangements.
• Monitor office expenditure, procurement activities and vendor performance.
• Review administrative processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain office records, documentation and administrative procedures.
• Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as required.

The Talent

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in office management, workplace services, corporate administration or a similar customer-facing corporate support role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and professional presence.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities and a service-oriented mindset.
• Friendly, approachable and able to build positive relationships across all levels of the organisation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
