What you can achieve with us

As our Office Manager / HR & Finance Operations, you'll play a key role in keeping our Singapore office running smoothly while supporting our team in Manila. Working closely with colleagues in Singapore, Manila, and our headquarters in Germany, you'll help create an efficient, well-organized, and positive work environment.

In this role, you will

• Keep our office operations running smoothly by coordinating facilities, vendors, and administration.
• Support travel arrangements, team events, and day-to-day office activities.
• Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle for our teams in Singapore and Manila.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and employee HR queries.
• Coordinate invoices, payments, expense claims, and financial documentation.
• Work closely with our Finance team and external accounting partners.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance and audit readiness.
• Help improve operational processes as we continue to grow.

What experience and skills will help you

We're looking for a proactive and organized operations professional who enjoys working across office management, HR, and finance coordination.

You'll be a great fit if you have

• 2–4 years of experience in office management, HR operations, or a similar coordination role.
• Singapore citizenship and familiarity with local administrative processes.
• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A hands-on, reliable, and service-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with different stakeholders.
• Confidence using digital tools and business systems, such as Microsoft Office, HR and Finance tools, and collaboration software.
• The ability to work effectively in an international and multicultural environment.
• A proactive mindset with a drive to improve processes.
