Job Title: Tax Consultant/ Advisor

Job Description

As a Tax Consultant/Advisor, you will be a trusted partner to our clients, guiding them through their tax responsibilities and helping them navigate Singapore’s local tax laws and regulations. You’ll play a key role in preparing tax-filing documents, keeping accounting records in order, and offering clear, practical advice to clients on their tax and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in meeting their tax obligations, including individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporate tax filings
• Prepare tax computations and supporting schedules for a portfolio of clients
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records, ensuring ledgers are up to date and properly reconciled
• Support clients with GST filings, withholding tax submissions, and other statutory tax requirements
• Conduct tax research to stay updated on relevant tax regulations and filing requirements
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned deliverables
• Build strong, genuine relationships with clients by understanding their needs, communicating openly, and consistently delivering excellent service
• Coordinate with internal departments (Business setup sales, corporate secretarial, operations) to ensure smooth, end-to-end client service
• Maintain proper documentation and filing records for audit and compliance purposes

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax, or a related field; a degree from institutions recognized by ISCA or SCTP preferred
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore tax
• Accredited Tax Practitioner (ATP) status with SCTP (Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals), or eligibility to apply, is an advantage
• Solid working knowledge of Singapore tax legislation, IRAS filing requirements, and accounting principles
• Comfortable handling bookkeeping and ledger maintenance for multiple clients
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Comfortable working independently as part of a small, hands-on team
• Immediate availability or short notice period preferred

Pay: $2,443.27 - $6,000.00 per month
