We are a modern aesthetic and laser clinic committed to delivering safe, effective, and personalised treatments in a comfortable, patient-centred environment. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Front Desk & Customer Service

• Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression
• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-ups
• Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk-ins
• Guide patients through the registration and check-in process

Clinic Operations

• Assist in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations
• Prepare treatment rooms when needed
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic assistants for patient flow
• Ensure a clean and organized reception area

Administrative Duties

• Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation
• Update patient records accurately
• Manage inventory for clinic consumables
• Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required
• Weekly stocktake
• Product purchase and delivery

Requirements

• Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, beauty spa, or hospitality is a strong advantage
• Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills
• Comfortable speaking to patients and explaining basic treatment information
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Able to work evenings or weekends based on clinic schedule
• Positive attitude, team player, and committed to delivering great service
