The organisation is investing significantly in its Asia Pacific growth strategy and is seeking an entrepreneurial leader to establish the next phase of regional expansion from Singapore.

Job Description

• Develop and execute regional sales and market expansion strategies across Asia Pacific
• Build strong relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors and key stakeholders
• Identify and secure new project opportunities within the construction and built environment sectors
• Provide technical and commercial consulting during project specification and design phases
• Lead contract negotiations and oversee the full sales lifecycle from opportunity creation to project delivery
• Coordinate closely with engineering, design, production and project management teams across multiple countries
• Establish, mentor and grow a high-performing regional sales organisation while strengthening market presence and brand visibility

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Engineering, Architectural Technology, Construction Management or a related technical discipline
• 10+ years of experience in technical sales, project sales or business development within engineering, construction, façade, building materials, architectural systems or related industries
• Proven track record of winning and delivering complex project-based sales opportunities
• Strong understanding of construction processes, technical specifications and stakeholder management
• Experience engaging architects, consultants, developers, owners and contractors
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including building teams, developing markets or establishing new business operations
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing contracts, pricing strategies and negotiations
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently in a growth-focused environment
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region
